Installation of New Technology and Equipment: Custom designed equipment allows for two distinct production lines within the Ice Cream Production Room; artisan and automation. The enhanced speed and capacity of the new three barrel continuous ice cream machine can produce 6 three gallon tubs per minute. This technology allows for longer production runs per flavor, enhanced Food Safety, improved efficiencies along with significantly increasing capacity to service ongoing growth. The custom designed marbling equipment, fruit feeders and ripple pumps replicate the look, appearance, consistency and taste of our artisan style. The second artisan line holds true to our unique signature flavors that remain hand ladled. Additional capital improvements were made throughout the facility all geared towards Food Safety, efficiency, and capacity. Overall, the new technology and equipment has strategically positioned the Company for ongoing growth.
Walk-in Freezer: The new Riviera Beach Warehouse Freezer was constructed utilizing the highest R44 Factor insulation along with innovative engineering, technology and design to maximize efficiency and minimize power supply usage.
We also attribute the great taste of our products to the fact that over 2/3 of all the ingredients utilized to make our award winning products are locally sourced. We start by using the best cream in Florida. Our cream comes from a self-sufficient Florida Dairy which utilizes modern equipment to develop and maintain a complete environmentally-sensitive circle in the use of its water, waste and food. The Dairy has built in every possible environmental aid to make it not only efficient, well run organization, but a good neighbor and outstanding citizen with good stewardship practices in a time which the environment has become an extremely critical issue.
